First established in 1998 in the heart of Toronto, Elixir is known for producing outstanding contemporary and classic fare. Our Chef’s natural talent combined with years of developed expertise has earned Elixir high critical acclaim. Unlike many gourmet restaurants, Elixir has taken the fine influential arts of French and European cuisine and has created new, unique and original dishes.
Elixir Bistro offers French based cuisine that draws on Chef Pirooz’s Iranian background. And don't be surprised if he works saffron, a spice he loves, into the menu.
